NOCTRA Returns Policy

At NOCTRA, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

Returns for Refund

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Exchanges

  • You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your item for an exchange.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Faulty Products

  • If you believe your product is faulty, please email us at noctra.ie@gmail.com with the following:
    • A clear photo of the fault.
    • A brief description of the issue.
    • Your order number and contact details.
  • Once we review the issue, if the product is deemed faulty, we will do everything we can to resolve the matter, including offering a replacement, repair, refund, or other suitable compensation.

Return Process

  2. We will provide further instructions, including the return address and any necessary documentation.
